Market re-vamp!

My market stall has kind of morphed from mostly my handmade items, to a lovely little fabric and haby supply stall... which is really my dream of having a crafty & handmade shop, just on a miniature scale at the moment!

This month I have some patterns for sweet projects, and a few ribbons and trims, to add to the stall. But I couldn't figure out how best to display them, as things are a bit crowded already on my allotted table.
Then I came up with this... luckily Brad provided some of the engineering expertise (although he was very frustrated that I sent him to the hardware store without even a sketch of what I had in mind... oops!).

I am rather pleased with the results, but I did learn that those spray can paint colours are harder to use than I thought!

Wishlist Wednesday - So much craft, so little time!

I have recently joined the Etsy Supply Street Team (Team Esst), through my fabric and haberdashery supply shop, Fabric Fusion. What a fantastic welcoming group they are, and full of shops with the most glorious crafting supplies (just search for 'Team ESST' under Supplies, at Etsy).
As today is my first child-free day in over 3 years, I am having an attack of mummy guilt. I should be sewing up a storm, to justify having 1 day a week with both kids in Family Daycare. Instead I am sitting here dreaming about all these wonderful supplies, and the crafts I could try with them! So here is my Wishlist Wednesday, featuring supply shops from Team ESST.

Assorted ribbon embellisments by BusyBeading.

Artisan made butterfly pendant by CathyDailey.

Vintage 1960's A-Line dress pattern by Sandritocat.

Assorted altered art scrapbooking embellisment by MyBrokenArt.

PS - Team ESST are having a huge team-wide sale later in February... more details to come, so browse now and then check out the huge savings and special deals that will be available!

September winner!

Random.org spat out the number 3, and comment 3 was left by Deb at Two Cheeky Monkeys, so congratulations Deb, and now I am afraid that you will have to make a decision on what colour eco produce bags you want!

For anyone who didn't win, check all those bags (and real napkins!), out again at Love For Earth. They really are a great idea.

I am thinking October's giveaway will be in conjunction with my new blog, Fabric Fusion, so if you love fabric and free craft projects come over and check it out!

Fabric Fusion frenzy!

Yes, as mentioned, I am officially loopy - and obsessed with fabric! So to legitimise my obsession, I have opened a yummy new shop called Fabric Fusion!

You can currently find me in 2 places on the web - www.FabricFusion.etsy.com and www.zibbet.com/FabricFusion . AND I am doing a giveaway, to celebrate opening!

If you purchase anything from either store, before midnight on Saturday, 26 September, you will be in the running to win a bundle of 4 fat quarters of delicious quilting quality fabrics!

One of the things I love about having Fabric Fusion is that if you like any of the styles of handbag at Sasha Sews you can now browse the full range of fabrics at Fabric Fusion, and have your bag custom made in your favourite colour and print!

So if you have a secret fabric addiction, (or if you have come out of the fabric stash closet!), browse the range at Fabric Fusion. And more fabrics are being added all the time, as my shipments arrive.
